To Check The Demo As A Customer

Step 1
. Sign Up with your valid email Id 

-  Sign up to the Odoo website with a valid E-mail Id to receive the emails when you place the order for creating SaaS instance in the demo. The mail contains login details for the SaaS customers.



Step 2 
.  Creating A SaaS order As Customer 


-  Once you are logged in to Odoo website, go to the Shop page.  Add the SaaS product to your cart and proceed to place an order.
-  Few SaaS products and SaaS plans are already created for you on the website such as 'Inventory Management Plan' and 'Sales Management Plan'. You can select any one of them to check the demo. 




Step 3 
. Setup Your SaaS Domain Name & Create Your SaaS Instance 

-  Once you place the order, a corresponding SaaS contract is created in the backend and you will receive a confirmation email on the email address that you have used while signing up. This email will contain the instructions to set the domain name for your SaaS instance.

- Once you set and confirm your domain name, you'll receive another email with the login details for your Odoo SaaS instance.

-  You can always check the status of your SaaS contracts from 'My Accounts' section. 


To Check The Demo As An Admin 

- You can also manually configure SaaS plans and create Contracts directly from the backend as the SaaS Manager. 

-  Login to Odoo using the SaaS Manager credentials: 
Username:  odoo@saasadmin.com 
Password:  saasadmin 

-  Go to the SaaS Kit Menu to create new SaaS Plans and Contracts.
